I am Angie O’Neill and I run Pink Spaghetti Bexley, Dartford & Gravesend. Along with my team of virtual assistants, I love to help business owners maximise their time, allowing you as a business owner to focus on running and developing your businesses and all the other important things in your life. 
I live in Welling and my passion is helping small businesses to grow. I do this by helping streamline your processes and taking on your day to day tasks, helping you not only stay on top of your admin but also meet all your business objectives and enjoy some free time! 
I set up my business as organising is my passion and I enjoy completing those to-do lists that everyone has, alongside helping people develop their business through the use of newsletters and social media. Myself and my team pride ourselves on being able to listen to our customers, understanding the problems they face and getting to the root of what they need. I take a proactive approach, thinking outside the box to provide solutions for them. 

Why Me 

I worked in the corporate world for 15 years as a Global Mobility Consultant where I managed and organised international moves for large global companies, their employees and their families. I have been in business for 3 years now and I bring to this a wealth of experience. 
I am highly organised and methodical and am able to adapt to any situation and find the right solutions to any problems. I love working with my clients and helping them in their business becoming a part of their team. 

My Team 

My team really adds to my business and extends my expertise. Included in the team are experienced administrators who use a wide range of systems across many small businesses and have experience in many different sectors. 
I am always happy to chat to see if we are the right fit for your needs and what we can help with, we are big supporters of small business and working with people to help them achieve their business goals. 
Victoria’s main passion is helping small businesses grow and therefore her administrative expertise is in process development. She has experience in management in the leisure sector, as well as bookkeeping, and using a wide range of software, with her eye for detail and organisational skills she can turn her hand to many tasks.
