Virtual Assistant Altrincham and Lymm 

I am Vicky Matthews, and I run Pink Spaghetti Mid Cheshire. I have an amazing team of virtual assistants that are specialist in everything it takes to run a small business, allowing you as a business owner to do what you do best. 
 
I live in Thelwall near Lymm and I am passionate about supporting small businesses in the local area. I set up my business because I LOVE doing the background work everyone needs for their business. I pride myself on being approachable and listening to my customers, and being pro-active along the way. 

Why Me 

I have been in business for nearly 12 years, and have brought with me a wealth of experience gained in senior management positions within retail and banking. I have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of roles including marketing, corporate responsibility and corporate communications. 
 
I am highly organised, very used to and motivated by working to deadlines, and am an enthusiastic extra pair of hands for your business. I love a challenge and helping my customers to find creative solutions to problems. 

My Team 

My team really adds to my expertise. In the team are specialist administrators, content writers, and people who are used to using a wide range of systems used by small business owners.

Jenny 
Jenny’s expertise is admin. With experience in Administration Management in both retail and the private sector, Jenny’s attention to detail and organisation skills are second to none. She has experience in payroll, commercial compliance, and process development, and she likes nothing more than a fresh challenge. 
Anna 
With over 20 years’ experience in marketing and PR and a sound knowledge of social media, Anna works with a wealth of clients across a number of industry sectors including leisure, interior design, retail and market research. Before joining Pink Spaghetti, Anna spent 15 years in marketing for one of the travel industry’s leading luxury tour operators. 
Helen 
Helen is a self-proclaimed Excel whizz and a key part of our Admin team, working with several clients to provide back office bookkeeping and administrative support. Having built a career in retail she loves a bit of organisation and also has excellent project management skills. 
Kirsty 
With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment and contract management industries Kirsty can turn to turn her hand to many different tasks within given time frames whilst having a good eye for detail. Working with Pink Spaghetti has opened up her eyes to many more social media avenues whilst providing administrative support to a number of different clients. 
Paula 
With a background in sales and marketing within the travel industry, Paula has experience of social media, advertising, PR and event management. Paula now works with clients across a number of industry sectors including leisure, interior design and retail. 
Laura 
Laura is a graduate and our apprentice. She works in marketing and social media, managing a number of channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest.

Fitted Furniture Company 

We have worked with this client for 5 years managing their social media accounts. We ensure their accounts are all branded and we research and write their social media posts, post them out and respond to questions and queries. In addition to this we write and send out a monthly newsletter to their clients. 

Beauty Company 

This is a client who came to us last year. We research and write posts for their social media accounts as well as managing their out of stock orders. This involves contacting their customers, arranging replacement orders and arranging refunds. 

Holiday Rental Company 

This is a new client who we support in a number of areas. We act more as a traditional virtual assistant. We looking after their emails, book in appointment and manage their travel. In addition to this we manage their social media accounts and regular email newsletters. We also support their business development, researching potential customers and making outbound calls to create appointments and send out further information.
