I’m Emma Foulger and I run Pink Spaghetti Stevenage, a local PA (personal assistant) and VA (virtual assistant) service supporting small businesses, sole traders, busy professionals and growing teams in Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and Baldock, plus the surrounding Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire areas.  
 
I’m based in Clifton and I work virtually with businesses that need practical, reliable help with the tasks that take up time and headspace. I help with inbox and email management, diary and calendar management, admin and 
organisation, document formatting, spreadsheets and worksheets, CRM updates, invoicing, expense and invoice reconciliations, minute taking, research and supplier sourcing, project support, and social media admin.  
 
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed or like admin is creeping into evenings and weekends, this kind of support helps you get back on top of things. I work in a flexible pick up, put down way and I charge by the minute, so you only pay for the time you need. My aim is to be the 25th hour in your day, complementing how you work, not complicating it.

Before Pink Spaghetti, I spent years in corporate project and change roles across financial and professional services organisations. I was the one keeping complex work moving, managing stakeholders, improving processes and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. That experience translates brilliantly into day to day business support, clear communication, strong organisation and systems that actually work. 
 
I also genuinely enjoy research and problem solving, whether that’s sourcing suppliers, comparing tools, tidying data, or supporting projects without the overwhelm. My aim is to complement, not complicate, the way you work, and be your 25th hour in the day.
