My name is Yasmin McGlashan and I run Pink Spaghetti PA Services Weston-super-Mare. I live in Weston-super-Mare and provide virtual assistant services to businesses across North Somerset, including Portishead, Clevedon and Bridgwater. 
 
I am an expert in business efficiency and aim to provide business owners with support, clarity, and of course extra hours in the day. I love seeing the difference I can make; helping business owners with vital – but routine – tasks means that they are suddenly free to spend their time doing the things that they really want to do in their business: spending time with their clients, growing their business, or simply having more hours in their day. 
 
A virtual assistant can help with any of those important, behind-the-scenes tasks that busy business owners don’t have the time, inclination or expertise to do themselves. Anything from general admin and data entry, to social media content writing, posting and monitoring, to marketing assistance. We’ve even helped our clients with tasks like recruitment and rebranding.

With 15 years’ experience in the scientific publishing industry, I brought to my business a range of skills, from managing budgets and project planning, to chairing and minuting meetings and responding to issues as they arise. 
 
I have an analytical mind and I enjoy working with people to find solutions to problems as well as finding better or more efficient ways of working. Working to deadlines and prioritising work to effectively get things done is a particular strength. 
 
I have a good eye for detail and pride myself in producing work to a high standard, even when under pressure, and enjoy working with customers in accordance with their business ethos.

Having spent 5 years running a successful business, Maria is not only passionate about small businesses but she understands how valuable your time is and how vital it is that you have someone working with you that you can rely on and trust to relieve the pressure that business owners can feel. 
Cherry 
Cherry joined us after 11 years working in the Public Relations industry. She has worked closely with small businesses and individuals and understands how to help them put themselves out there. Her skills span across newsletter creation, web content writing, blog and feature writing, social media management and media liaison for a variety of clients. Prior to working in PR, she studied Magazine Journalism and previously ran her own beauty blog and music review website. Scarlett 
Scarlett is a creativity whizz who is bringing her amazing visual imagination and video editing to the team. Being in a band within the Bristol music scene for 12 years has left her with social media skills and boundless knowledge around graphics, stories and trends. Scarlett has created, filmed and edited music videos before joining us, so if you need a reel created, YouTube video edited or some help bringing your ideas to life she has it sorted. With experience in writing posts, articles and marketing plans you can count on Scarlett to cover all aspects of your marketing needs.
