As a virtual business our franchisees are used to working remotely and since the start of lockdown they have been working in their local communities to support other business owners diversify their operations and continue delivering services from their own home, using technology to their advantage. They have done everything from starting up virtual support networking groups for businesses most impacted by the lockdown to providing daily lockdown tips and tutorials on how to use Zoom. They have offered advice on how to use social media to communicate key messages and been central in supporting businesses stay open. 
 
As a virtual business we have not been immune to the economic challenges facing us all, but the nature of our business means, in fact, their services are more in demand. If businesses are thriving, we are providing additional support and if customers are facing downtime, we are working with them to ensure they come out of this as a stronger business.
