Behind the scenes at our Annual Conference

Leading The Way

Our Pink Spaghetti network came together for our 2025 Annual Conference and what a day it was!

Held at the beautiful Moddershall Oaks in Staffordshire, it was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when driven individuals come together with a shared purpose.

This year’s theme was Lead the Way - a celebration of the leadership shown by our franchisees and a nudge to everyone ready to take control of their career and future. Whether you’re already part of the network or considering joining, we wanted to give you a glimpse into what made the day so special.

Keynote Speakers Who Left a Lasting Impact
We were lucky to be joined by two unforgettable speakers who brought both insight and humour to the day:

Maura Jackson (left), stand-up comedian and charity CEO, had us laughing and thinking with her brilliantly bold talk, 'Pleasing the Vultures' - reminding us to embrace imperfection and lead with authenticity.

Alison Blackler (right), mind coach and founder of 2minds, shared tools and strategies to help us step into our full potential and challenge our own limiting beliefs.

Wisdom from Within: The Pink Panels
Some of the most powerful advice came from our very own franchisees, who shared their experiences on stage. Key themes included:

Recruitment & Leadership
Our first Pink Panel centred around the importance of team leadership and our panel helped to provide the network with practical leadership strategies to build efficient teams, delegate responsibilities and optimise business operations.

Productivity
Our second Pink Panel focused on productivity within our business, exploring strategies franchisees use to work efficiently while balancing client work and business growth.

An Evening to Celebrate
We wrapped up the day with our Awards Dinner, recognising all the franchisees who’ve achieved incredible things - from new starters to experienced leaders. Their journeys are a testament to what’s possible when you combine a proven model with determination and community.
The pinnacle of the awards was our Vicky Matthews Franchisee of the Year Award and we were delighted to announce the honour this year went to the truly amazing Yuki Dennis - owner of Pink Spaghetti Surbiton & Kingston
