What was Catherine’s initial situation?
Catherine was a stay-at-home Mum with her two young children, having previously worked for many years in the textiles and manufacturing industry. However, she was aware that there were very few opportunities within this field so took this opportunity to take a different direction with her career.
Seeking new opportunities, Catherine came across the Pink Spaghetti franchise and realised the great potential it had for her. With the flexibility of a franchise, Catherine knew she would be able to use and develop her existing skillset as well as be there for her children when needed.
How did she think Pink Spaghetti would solve this?
Wanting to put her years of experience to use, Catherine knew owning a Pink Spaghetti franchise would allow her to return to work and develop her career on her own terms.
With the support and training on hand from Pink Spaghetti, Catherine was ready to put her skills to the test. As a mother, Catherine explored owning a franchise where she knew she could be in control of her work/life balance.
Now her children are older, Catherine knew she had more time to focus on her career and future.
Owning a franchise would therefore give her the opportunity to work on her own terms, working as much or as little as she needed whilst remaining flexible with her family.
