Vikki always dreads searching through price comparison sites for insurance, and therefore feels she is paying too much for probably less cover than she could get. She needed the cover to include business use, had made a claim recently, and wasn’t completely sure how much contents cover she wanted, but suggested an amount. Get a Loft Insulated

Anji had suffered eight cold winters before she found Pink Spaghetti to help get her loft insulated. Anji knew the benefits of having the work done but simply did not have the time to research who could do it and for how much. To make the job slightly harder she also wanted the job doing before Christmas (less than 10 days away).
Pink Spaghetti researched the sort of insulation available and who could do this type of job. We provided Anji with a range of options from general builders to specialist loft insulators all of whom had availability before Christmas. We also researched the types of grants that are available to have your loft insulated and how to apply for one of these, saving potentially over £150. In the end Anji decided to use one of the general builders we had recommended as although the grant savings were tempting she wanted to be warm for Christmas! Wendy needed her house spring cleaning before her daughters baby arrived and asked Pink Spaghetti to help.
Pink Spaghetti researched which cleaning companies offered a spring cleaning service (many will not do a spring clean at all unless already a regular client). We provided Wendy with four options to choose from, ranging from a specialist spring cleaning company who can also declutter your house to a private local cleaner who offered the best rates. All of the options had availability when Wendy needed the work doing and our report included details on what each cleaner offered, whether they used their own equipment, had insurance etc.

Fran wanted a cleaner for her house. A busy mum of two girls, with a third on the way she wanted some extra help around the home. She wanted someone reliable to clean her house and do a small amount of ironing. She also preferred to use a smaller local private cleaner rather than a large company.
Pink Spaghetti researched local cleaners and cleaning companies who would also do some ironing. We provided Fran with details of availability, rates, insurance and the equipment they used so that she could make her choice. Our report detailed what each cleaner would do and why each was priced slightly differently. We also provided details of a slightly larger local cleaning company, as opposed to a private cleaner, who could offer holiday and sickness cover so that Fran had all of the information she needed to help make up her mind.

Jackie had heard so much about the features a Sky+ box would give her, and booked Sky to come and install. She only wanted the freeview channels but wanted to be able to series link, and record more than one channel. After a conversation with a friend, she thought that there may be other options that wouldn’t tie her into a monthly subscription, but she didn’t know where to start with the research, and really didn’t have the time.

Find Car Insurance

Jennie had been meaning to find a better price for her car insurance for 6 months. Her Grandmother had been paying £600 for insurance on a car which she never used, but Jennie used all the time. The insurance was going to be in Jennie’s name, and she needed to know whether it was cheaper to keep the car in her Grandmother’s name, or transfer it into her own.
Pink Spaghetti searched over 180 companies, including those who don’t appear on comparison sites, checked prices and confirmed some details on the phone with the cheaper ones about the car ownership. We found that the car had to be in Jennie’s name, leaving it in her Grandmother’s name wasn’t an option. A report of the cheapest insurance companies was sent to Jennie, detailing what each one had to offer, the cheaper ones being in the region of £220 to £265.
