As we bid farewell to 2023, it’s with immense pride and gratitude that we reflect on the remarkable journey we've had as a Pink Spaghetti PA Services Franchise. This year has been a testament to the strength, resilience, and achievements of our network and franchise as a whole. 

 

Six new franchisees joined our Pink Spaghetti family this year, bringing fresh perspectives, talents, and enthusiasm to our network. Their decision to embark on this journey with us is a testament to the appeal and viability of the Pink Spaghetti franchise model and we are delighted that our network is going from strength to strength. In fact, our Pink Spaghetti business owners have been busier than ever in 2023, with many more of them joining our 4K Club for the first time and several breaking their own turnover records by miles. They've won awards themselves, run networking groups, looked after celebrities, championed charities and helped hundreds of small businesses grow. 

 

At the heart of Pink Spaghetti is the belief in empowering individuals to take control of their careers. We take pride in providing a platform where our business owners can forge their paths, be their own bosses, and build lives and careers they are genuinely proud of. 

 

We were also thrilled to announce that we won the WorkBuzz 5-star satisfaction award for the 8th consecutive year! 

The Workbuzz franchise satisfaction survey holds immense value for us. It's not just numbers and data; it’s a genuine reflection of how our Pink Spaghetti business owners feel about being part of our franchise network. The positive feedback fuels our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. 

 

Another highlight of our year was being recognised as one of the Elite Franchise 100 Top Franchises. This prestigious award not only acknowledges our commitment to excellence but also celebrates the hard work and dedication of every Pink Spaghetti franchisee. It's a collective achievement that propels us forward with renewed vigour. 

 

In 2023, we took a significant step by joining the esteemed British Franchise Association (BFA). This affiliation underlines our commitment to industry best practices, ethical franchising, and, most importantly, the trust we place in our franchisees to uphold the Pink Spaghetti values. 

 

As we celebrate our successes, we also take a moment to remember our co-founder, Vicky Matthews, who passed away earlier this year. Her vision, dedication, and spirit continue to guide us. We are proud to carry forward the legacy she built, and every achievement is a tribute to her indomitable spirit. 

 

2023 has been a year of growth, recognition, and reflection for Pink Spaghetti. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our franchisees, partners, and every individual who has contributed to our success.
