We are thrilled to announce that our 50+ strong Pink Spaghetti network is now part of the British Franchise Association (The BFA). 

 

The BFA is the leading industry body that represents the franchise sector in the UK. Its mission is to regulate the franchise industry, provide potential franchisees with information about franchising and help its members develop their businesses & the industry as a whole. 

 

You might be thinking ‘what does this mean for me?’ – The BFA has strict membership criteria, and franchisors must meet certain standards to become members. This includes demonstrating ethical business practices, financial stability, and a proven track record of successful franchising. Knowing that Pink Spaghetti are members of the BFA provides you with the reassurance that we have been vetted and meet these quality standards. 

 

When it came to becoming BFA accredited, there were a number of key measures we had to pass in order to be accepted as members. Below are the three key factors that the BFA focused on to ensure we met the grade and we're glad to say we 'passed' with flying colours! 

 

1. Franchisable: We were able to demonstrate that we have been successfully operating our PA Services in the form that we propose to franchise, and further that, the business model is transferable to other territories, under different ownership. 

 

2. Viable: We proved that our franchise is a replicable business, but also that both, us as the franchisor, and you as the franchisee can run it at a satisfactory financial return. 

 

3. Education: As part of Pink Spaghetti being accredited by the BFA, franchisees will also have access to the BFA free franchisee membership, which gives them access to additional resources, events, and educational content to grow their business. 

 

We also have a ‘BFA Franchisee Champion’ and a number of awards opportunities throughout the year which we can nominate our amazing network for.
